This model will allow you to Extract features from within a buffer zone. It then automatically extracts the features to your geodatabase and displays the Intersect of the buffer, and whatever feature layer within your geodatabase that you choose. It is a toolbox, so you will add it as you would any other toolbox. This is designed to work with SDE or a geodatabase, thus you will need to alter the Database Connection Properties of the model in order to use it. Otherwise the model works very well.
