EIRGIS (Emergency and Incident Response GIS) is the central focus of this project. With it we can analyze various scenarious and not only prepare, but also respond to threats and incidences of different scales. City Planning incorporates spatial data elements from several local government entities. Below are some sample web apps that are being used for economic development, response scenarious, and many other applications.

Response Districts
This project is being managed by Cabell County 911. Its purpose is to show Fire (soon to come) and EMS Response Districts.

Sewage Overflow
This project is being managed by the Huntington Sanitary Board. Its purpose is to demonstrate Sewage overflows and related data.

Mortality and Morbidity Disease Studies - The purpose of this study is multifold. First the we would ultimately like to show problem areas for disease. Next, we want to demonstrate the under-reporting in certain counties, most likely due to lack of personnel and funding of disease reporting mechanisms. Please note that this study is still in its infancy and is being changed, and updated on a daily basis.

A Mosquito Investigation GIS is currently under development. Its purpose will be to show mosquito populations and diseases associated with those populations to allow us to better track and control mosquitos.
